If I did not have Kroger insurance, I would never go there for prescriptions. Rude and non caring techs

- BPBrooke PhillipsOct 7, 20211.0Worst pharmacy in Marion, possibly the state. I called my prescription refill in on Sunday, it still wasn’t ready on Thursday. I tried calling to see what the issue was, no answer. The phone rang for 7 minutes. Then I tried calling the main store, was transferred, and it rang another 10 minutes before I gave up and decided to go to the store. There, I had to wait in line for almost an hour before finally getting my prescription. I will NOT be using Kroger pharmacy ever again.
