    Best Kroger Pharmacy in the area! I have been having nothing but issues getting my meds filled at Carbondale so I transferred to Herrin. I don’t know who was worse! I’m a diabetic so insulin is pretty important. Both these pharmacies have let me go up to a week without before filling it! On more than one occasion! Marion Kroger pharmacy however is amazing! By the time I left the parking lot in Herrin, I had already received a notification that it was ready to be picked up in Marion. I didn’t get the name of the one in the drive thru, but she was very nice. The one helping get my order transferred over from Herrin and filled, her name was Kim and she is amazing! She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. Not understanding the negative reviews left prior to this, but my experience was nothing but great! 🙌

    Kalaluka was extremely rude and didn't look far enough into a situation to fully resolve it. The pharmacy manager, Brittany, was able to look into the issue and resolve it in the same day. I still transferred my prescriptions from Kroger pharmacy. I am no longer willing to stand in line for 30 minutes to an hour to pick up my prescriptions. I do not recommend them.
