    Amazing pharmacy- all new staff that really cares. Finally extended their hours, makes a huge difference. Kudos to Kroger for getting this pharmacy on track!

    Horrible customer service. Have to wait 8 hours after my doctor called it in to get my prescription. Go in and they tell me it’s still not ready. Hate this place. Next time I’m going to sit there and they can get it ready I won’t pull away just to wait in line for another hour.

    Kroger Pharmacy has been professional and incredible. I love this place, I’ve only had pleasant experiences. They are very kind, understanding, glad to answer questions or make suggestions.

    Slowest pharmacy ever. I don't think I've ever made it through the drive thru in less than 30 minutes and it's usually closer to an hour, and that's for them to serve five cars. I don't know why it takes so long to hand people their prescriptions and collect payment, but I know Walmart takes less than half the time.

    EDIT* 4 stars removed, 1 star added ... this place is a dumpster fire.... it's understandable to be short handed occasionally but for a year now... cmon... this is on management. It's going to cost me more but I'm switching pharmacies... After months and months of horrible struggles to get my scripts filled, and half the time they don't have my meds and don't bother to let the doctor or myself know until I'm there to pockup...I'm over it. Not to mention sitting on the phone for 10 min waiting just so they can pick up and hang up. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I feel sorry for the employees.
