When we came back after the hour wait, they forgot to tint the glasses then broke them trying to adjust them and the script was to strong. We rescheduled another eye exam. Came back. They didn’t tint them again and broke those trying to adjust them. A woman named Kara called an apologized for our experience. We made an appointment with her and she stated she would take care of us and get it right. When we showed up for the appointment, they said she had called in sick. Ugh! No one had called to tell us that. So we asked for our money back. My Dad is 86. That is way too much to go thru for a simple pair of glasses. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
