I was a tad hesitant about the remote doctor at first but I think he was more thorough about my exam then an In person doctor. I’m not sure of the name of the drs. Assistant that did my tests but she was so kind and informative. 10/10 experience. Will be back again.

Two years in a row (previous 2 years) I was told that they called me to let me know my glasses were ready but no one ever did. A few weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for today as they said to use this year insurance before end of year. They called yesterday and left a voice mail to confirm my appointment. I called today before coming to see if I could reschedule because of a migraine headache I was having. They didn’t have anything for at least a week so I made it there just to find out that my insurance won’t cover it today and I would have to come back in 2 days to get it covered. The person claimed they “called” me to let me know. We checked they have correct phone number and they do since I got a voice mail about confirming my appointment. They don’t call. They just say they do so they are not responsible for messing you up; they don’t apologize either. Very condescending customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
