Once in the chair after initial tests by onsite staff, Dr. Autumn Pak came into view on the screen and things went quick and efficient. Dr. Pak was fantastic, personable and explanatory. I didn't feel rushed or different for the Dr. not being in person. Dr. Pak answered all my questions and I would request her again next year for my annual exam should she be available. Afterwards, the staff was plenty helpful in finding frames that I sought and was very explanatory about my options. I moved from the area (Machesney Park) recently and traveled a bit further to keep this appointment. With my experience 02/21/2026, I will keep making the trip. Thank you.
