  We’ve been coming to LensCrafters for years and always see Dr. Veronica Roberts—she’s kind, thorough, and consistently great. The entire staff is helpful when it comes to finding the right pair of glasses. Yesterday, we had exceptional service from Justin. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us, checked our appointments, and got everything started smoothly. While my husband was in his exam, Justin gave me a tray to browse frames and checked in just enough without being pushy—which I really appreciated. Even though it was busy, we never felt ignored. After our exams, Justin helped us finalize our choices, measured my eyes, and patiently worked with me while I changed my mind multiple times. He answered all my questions and helped me decide on Ray-Ban Meta glasses. We’ll be back soon to pick them up and learn more about how to use them. Also, the recent remodel looks fantastic—clean, modern, and a big improvement!! Thank you again, Lisa H

  Dr. Roberts and her team are so thorough and kind and professional. I have seen so many specialists and she not only cares but educates herself about my rate disease. I trust her. And I appreciate her and everyone there.

  Sales.person was not friendly and when I asked questions about my coverage, she made a statement , well you have the wrong information. So I did not.purchace for now

  I would have given this 5 stars had I not had to wait almost 50 minutes to be seen by the Dr. 'on-line'. But that's how it can go anywhere I guess. Once in the chair after initial tests by onsite staff, Dr. Autumn Pak came into view on the screen and things went quick and efficient. Dr. Pak was fantastic, personable and explanatory. I didn't feel rushed or different for the Dr. not being in person. Dr. Pak answered all my questions and I would request her again next year for my annual exam should she be available. Afterwards, the staff was plenty helpful in finding frames that I sought and was very explanatory about my options. I moved from the area (Machesney Park) recently and traveled a bit further to keep this appointment. With my experience 02/21/2026, I will keep making the trip. Thank you.
