From the initial call and thru my visit today I have been impressed with the service I have received so far, and I look forward to continuing my eye care with Dungan Family Eye Care long into the future. I have spent over 40 yrs working in Retail, the majority of which was as a Store Manager so Customer Service is something that I recognize immediately and consider a make or break deal, and I must say the Customer Service I received from Dr. Dungan and Ashlynn goes above and beyond EXCELLENT!!! They are both very welcoming, friendly, caring, genuine, patient and informative. I went in as a new patient and walked out feeling like a friend!! My exam was very thorough, the changes in my vision, prescription and expected results with new lenses were explained in a clear, detailed and understandable manner. Then…boy, did they need patience with me while I was trying to choose new frames. I was quite indecisive but they took the time to HELP me with this process…I had no clue what I wanted…they gave me Pro’s and Con’s on the frames I had narrowed down too and also gave honest opinions on how they looked on me which I REALLY APPRECIATED!!! I’m sure I was probably driving them crazy but they never showed it!! They made me feel IMPORTANT, cared about, not at all rushed and that it truly was important to them that I was happy and satisfied with my choice…and they did all this while helping others at the same time!! As I stated in the beginning…I was very IMPRESSED with both of these wonderful ladies and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing their services!! Dr. Dungan and Ashlynn, THANK YOU for turning an experience I had been dreading and avoiding as long as I could into a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I look forward to seeing you both again in a couple weeks when I pick up my new glasses and then going forward for all my eye care needs 😀
