  I had a fantastic experience at Target Optical, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Darion, the sales associate who helped me. From the moment I walked in, Darion was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and helped me find frames that were both stylish and comfortable. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. He made sure everything fit perfectly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and helpful. Because of Darion, the whole process—from browsing frames to finalizing my order—was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Target Optical, I highly recommend asking for Darion. Excellent service and a great overall experience!

  Great service and experience. The young lady at the counter was attentive and knowledgeable. She was training someone and was super patient and helpful with them.

  I went to Target Optical this past weekend looking for some new sports sunglasses and I was very pleased with the variety they had. I was a bit overwhelmed (in the best way) with options but with the help of Darion I was able to narrow it down and decide on my favorite pair of Oakleys! Darion is super kind and easy to chat with! The store is super clean and the check out process was seamless. I’ll definitely be back when I upgrade to the Oakley Vanguards!!
