  The team at Sanders Family Dental is excellent. I came in with a lot of anxiety, and from the start they made me feel comfortable while also helping me get some work done I knew I needed. They walked me through the entire process and were there even during the more complicated parts, like helping me get medical clearance for sedation through a new doctor when I didn’t already have one I was seeing regularly. They checked in, called ahead with clear instructions before procedures, and made sure I always knew what to expect. Because of my anxiety, I chose to do IV sedation. If I had known how smooth the whole process would be, I would have done this years ago before I needed more complex work done. With the pre-meds the night before and the morning of, I was very relaxed by the time I arrived. Honestly, the recovery was harder than the procedure itself. During the procedure / prep, they even will put on headphones / music of your choice, have blankets to keep you warm, and just make you feel overall cared for. Regarding recovery - I also appreciated how they handle post-op pain management. Instead of just sending you home with strong pain meds, they offered homeopathic rinses and used a newer numbing option that lasted for about 3 days after the procedure Due to the work I needed done, I did need multiple visits. Even during the tougher appointments, everyone was patient, supportive, and professional. Over time, it became a place I genuinely felt comfortable going to. In closing, Dr. David and his team are extremely knowledgeable and takes their time, both during consultations and while actually doing the work. He explains what he’s doing, checks in often, and never makes you feel like he’s rushing through anything. That made a huge difference for me, making me feel like he cared and took a more conservative approach during his treatment plan. I’m genuinely thankful to Dr. David and the entire team for turning something I was really stressed about into an overall positive experience. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually look forward to coming back for cleanings. They completely changed how I feel about dental care, and I’m really glad I found them.

  So far so good. I called around 10am today hoping for a same day extraction. They were able to get me in at 1:30pm after I had some meetings. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The caring went a long way with me since I hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years. They obviously found some major issues with my teeth and worked with me on a plan to approach it in a way that was affordable for me. I am very excited that I stumbled upon this group. Dr. David was very relatable and honest, making sure I understood the information (I'll be careful of my sinus cavity!) While tooth extraction is never not painful, Dr. David did an amazing job and made every effort to make sure it was pain free. Thank you guys for helping me on my journey towards a healthy mouth!

  Timing is everything. Not only did they see me immediately, everyone in the office was extremely kind and helpful. DR Sanders was extremely informative and thorough. I would highly recommend Sanders Family Dental.

  I had a dental emergency and was in need of immediate removal of a tooth. Sanders Family Dental saw the nature of the emergency and treated it as such. They got in immediately and went over financial options with me in a way that was courteous and informing. The procedure itself was treated with the upmost respect and care. The whole process they were patient and understanding. The staff were kind and gentle and the practitioners were equally so, taking the time to listen to me and converse with me. The entire process from greetings to goodbyes was focused on comfort and ease. I was given a blanket to warm me, a television to watch, and headphones to listen too; all in the pursuit to comfort me in a situation that would make most to all uncomfortable. Hands down 5 stars from top to bottom, east to west. I think I found my dentist should I have problems in the future. These are very respectful and professional people working in unison to bring all levels of their industry down to earth for the common mind.

  Sanders Family Dental Lombard is a wonderful clinic, offering first-class care and super-professional doctors and assistants. I had two wisdom teeth removed, and I'm glad I went to this clinic because they did an exceptional job. Within two weeks, my gums were practically healed, thanks to the medication they give you for recovery. The surgery was also quick and safe; I felt no pain during the procedure. Thank you, Sanders Family, for your excellent work.
