  Home Instead is amazing! The social workers genuinely care about their clients. The caregiver we have is incredible. If you need caregiver services I absolutely recommend Home Instead. I can’t say enough good things about them!

  My experience as a CarePro with Home Instead/LaGrange has enriched my life so very much. Over the past nine years, I have met so many special clients and their families. Our wonderful. Staff is both supportive and caring, and together, we strive to “make a difference.” We have an excellent training program to assist CarePros in learning to be the best at what we do. Lastly, I might personally add that I chose Home Instead to help care for my elderly mom, and more recently, ,my disabled sister; They truly are “the Best.”

  We have used Home Instead for both of our parents. They help assess the degree of support your loved one needs and offer a variety of aides from driving/light care duty to more involved care with mobility issues and post-surgery recovery. Home Instead are considerate on matching an aide to your parent. Sometimes personalities don’t fit. When this happens they are diligent in finding a better match. Home Instead accommodate our parents’ changing schedules which helps reduce the overall care load for the rest of the the family. Office staff is friendly and responsive. We have been grateful to find a trusting service for our parents.

  I cannot say strongly enough how thankful I am for Home Instead. They made the process so easy, from start to finish. The care my mom received all the way up to the end of her life was exceptional - every single caregiver went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable and feel valued and loved. They were angels from Heaven - all of them. Their support and care made it so much easier for my dad too. It gave him some much needed respite and added a comfort level for him that we all appreciated so much. The entire staff was professional, well trained, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. All the qualities you need during stressful, anxious and sad situations. My mom's quality of life at the end was better because of Home Instead. I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for each and every one of them.
