The staff was very polite and professional. The eye exam was quite thorough but didn’t take nearly as long as they used to thanks to new technology. He choices in frames was reasonable and I was able to find a number of frames that I liked. Then one by one the staff went through them with me and let me know what they liked or did not like about them until I came down to my final choice. The story is in a newer building and is very nicely laid out for vision patients or clients. Because I am currently without Vision insurance Michael co-pay was very reasonable and I received 40% off on frames and lenses. Yes,, I would recommend this LensCrafters to anyone.

Great bedside manner from Dr. Dominguez—he really listened to my history as a new patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The entire staff was professional and courteous, insurance was processed with no hiccups, and ordering was easy. The gentleman who adjusted my eyeglasses and replaced a screw was highly skilled and very helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Both my wife and I came to the LensCrafters in LINCOLNWOOD for eye exams, then to shop for new frames for our glasses afterwards. We found the staff to be friendly and eager to help, especially with choosing the right frames. Will waited on us, and he proved himself to be a very capable advisor.
His level of expertise with regards to all aspects of the buying process, whether the digital fitting, frame selection, or add on options for the lenses themselves, was impressive. He also exhibited genuine patience with my wife, who had difficulties deciding which frame to select. We were well taken care of and found the overall experience to be wonderful. We will definitely be returning when the time comes.
