  The store manager was incredibly friendly. She walked me through everything and explained the whole procedure and helped me pick out great frames. The Dr. was very helpful. She answered all my questions and went over everything with me. Highly recommend this lenscrafters location.

  Great experience at this Lenscrafters location. Everything was on time and the store has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff member who did my pre-exam was very kind and explained each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable. She also helped me choose glasses and even assisted with ordering online when my preferred frame size wasn't available, along with a good deal. Overall, excellent service and a smooth experience.

  Truly the best experience I’ve had with an optometrist. I have been struggling for almost 6 years with finding the right contacts for my severely dry eyes and very particular prescription. Dr. Siegel spent so much time with me in the office to ensure that I was satisfied with my contact lenses. I have not felt so advocated for by a healthcare professional in a long time. She also really knows what she is doing and has such a friendly and kind personality. 20/10 would recommend!!!

  I went with my husband to a ‘discount’ vision store. It was fine - whatever. I was thinking that I should probably get my eyes checked because I hated my glasses. Well, I did not. A few days later, my glasses ended up breaking…ugh. So I went to schedule an eye exam for the next day - their next available was 2 days later…double ugh. I had only been to LensCrafters before, but not this location. My prior experiences (again, not this location) had been meh, fine, whatever. Well, LensCrafters Melledy Farms had an appointment the next day. It was anything BUT meh. Dr. Ashley was my doctor and she was fantastic - super nice and friendly. It had been 12 years (yes, 12) since my last eye check. The doctor didn’t make me feel bad about it, but was so understanding and just walked me through everything. She was wonderful. In addition, I worked to Sylvia…wow…she was amazing! She was so kind, warm and friendly. Not only that, but she listened. I gave her next to no info as to what I was looking for, but I kept picking glasses up and trying them on. She listened to what I said that I didn’t like…being mindful of the ‘no’s’ and why, she came back with a few pairs…2 of which were PERFECT! In the case of one of them, they are my absolute favorite! When I am out and about in the world, I have noticed that other look at my eyes more and smile - the glasses complement my face so much that they have lead to greater confidence and others notice. In the past, I had associates (again, not at this location) try to push glasses that were in style but maybe not me…now, I found Sylvia who listened to what I liked, what I didn’t and then found the perfect glasses that also worked for my face. Seriously, if you can request her, do it - you will not be disappointed! Also, the experience was so positive that my husband, who had glasses ordered from the discount place, ended up going back to LensCrafters the next day and ordering a pair from LC, which cost about 50% less than his previously ordered glasses. We are beyond satisfied!
