I am a regular gym rat lifting weights 5 days a week. I stretch every morning during golf season and a couple time a week during winter. After my intro to Pilates class my core was trashed. I was sore in ways I have not felt in a long time. Looking forward to future classes with Dottie.

I was a member at Club Pilates for over a year, and during that time I experienced both extremes. Some of the instructors were phenomenal—skilled, encouraging, and truly made classes enjoyable and effective. Unfortunately, other instructors lacked proper coaching and attention to form, and I ultimately sustained an injury from one of them, which forced me to stop attending altogether. When I initially requested cancellation, I did not mark it as medical because I wasn’t sure what documentation would be required. After further communication, the studio itself offered to refund my final month if I provided a doctor’s note. I immediately obtained and submitted the note, yet the studio refused to honor what they had offered. This led to endless back-and-forth emails, shifting explanations, and a complete lack of accountability or empathy. In the end, I was forced to file a dispute with my bank just to resolve the situation. For a business centered around health and wellness, the way this was handled felt money-hungry, rigid, and predatory. If you end up with one of the great instructors, your experience might be excellent. But the inconsistency in instruction, risk of injury, and unforgiving cancellation practices are serious red flags. I strongly recommend reading the fine print and proceeding with caution.

This place is running a scam. They come to town events and offer promotions that they do not honor. My kiddo won 4 "free" classes which my wife tried to go to. She went to a single class and was never ever able to find a free spot after, evening classes are always fully booked. Given she couldn't ever go, she told them that she had found another studio, to which they told her she must pay a $100 penalty, having only ever attended one "free" session! Absolutely reprehensible bait and switch behavior, stay well clear, there are plenty of great studios in the area which won't scam you.
