  I highly recommend Club Pilates. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and supportive, which makes every visit a great experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Their app is also very user-friendly, making it easy to book and manage classes. What I love most is that every class feels different, so it never gets boring. I always leave feeling excited to come back and try something new.

  I started at Club Pilates after my knee surgery. I love that they cater to all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities! Since being here I have more energy, I’m stronger and more flexible. I feel confident and love how Club Pilates and their amazing instructors have helped me in my recovery.

  I’m very disappointed with how Club Pilates handled our situation. One of their staff members told us that my wife could take 4 classes per month through UnitedHealthcare’s Renew Active program. Based on that information, we chose the Renew Active Healthcare Supplement plan from UHC plan that is now costing us extra money each month. After enrolling, the studio informed us that they actually don’t accept Renew Active and said there was nothing they could do. This wasn’t a small misunderstanding — it directly influenced a major financial decision. Businesses make mistakes, but when incorrect information leads a customer to spend more on a health plan, there should be accountability and a reasonable remedy. Unfortunately, we were offered none.

  April 2026, as a new member, I visited all 4 studios and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming, helpful and charming both instructors and staff were. However, I’ve become partial to the Libertyville Studio, not only proximity, but the staff and instructors are equally endearing to and concerned about everyone who walks in the door. Staff will alert you to any club opportunities, calendar activities and keep your water bottle safe until you remember to pick it up (happened never 🤣). Instructors have a skill for improving every class with challenges or modifications for your personal daily situation with support, encouragement and always a smile. It’s a joy to attend classes every day! Shout Outs to Carla, EricaG, Shelby, Molly, Stephanie, Kenna, Jennifer, Hailey (We miss you!)!

  People say Disney its the happiest place on earth - been there - at my age Club Pilates is! From all the ladies at the front desk - and all the teachers that are so helpful and make me happy to be there - and of course the ladies that I see all the time and the new ones that I meet!
