  I didn’t have to wait my appointment was right on time and the doctor and her assistant were fantastic.

  The staff is very friendly and also I did not have any wait was able to get my visit completed Kelsey and her nurse were both very on top of it answered all my questions I always feel much better after seeing them the people at the front desk were also very friendly

  The exam with Dr. Berk was fine, as usual. I do have comments to make about his assistant, Demi (sp?). I found her to be unfriendly, bordering on rude. At the end of my appointment and after Dr. Berk had left the room, I asked her to assist me in putting my socks back on. I've had multiple back surgeries and as a result, have difficulty in bending. Her reaction to my request was kind of off-setting and I was surprised. She did accommodate and helped me get them back on, but I almost felt as if I had made an unreasonable request.

  As usual, the office and medical staff were very pleasant. Short wait time in chairs, short wait time in exam room. All good!

  Staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Estupiñan is a true expert and has great bedside manner! I highly recommend her care!
