Fast Forward Med Rx program! $150 for 10 sessions with a trainer!! Fabian is kind, but fair! Exercise isn’t my favorite activity, but with his guidance I am feeling capable again! I will likely join after I finish and keep going! Thank you Logan and Fabian! I’m sure there are others, but very pleased!

I've been a member for 2 years now and can attest to the splendid staff and experience at this gym. Rarely even when busy do I have to wait for a machine or bench to use for my workout. Their pool and sauna is also top notch.
