  Affinity is integrated and accommodates my needs. I enjoy coming here because the staff is very welcoming and attentive. My end goals for my health and body are something that I am able to achieve within Affinity. Highly recommend!

  I have been very torn about leaving a review. While I loved the services I received from everyone I met, I am still extremely upset that I chose to go to Affinity. The first week Affinty staff told me that my insurance would cover 80% of 20 visits. They promised to have a detailed spreadsheet and treatment plan for me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I finally received this information, and was told for the very first time they are NOT in network with my insurance. Obviously I am stuck paying significantly more, and as a stay at home mom this is going to heavily impact my financial situation for months to come. I am upset with myself for not demanding the financial details in a timely manner as I was promised. But I am more upset with the doctor who told me I was in network and not to worry because this would cost “hundreds but not thousands” (neither are true). I feel scammed and cheated out of hundreds of dollars and by a doctor I trusted no less. I started a treatment plan I can’t afford to finish and am in more pain than I ever was before. Please for your own sake, talk to insurance yourselves and be adamant that you understand the plan and financials!!!

  Dr. Brandon is amazing with magic hands! Both him and Dr. Kim are exceptionally kind, warm-hearted people. They take the time to listen to your needs and address them. Adjustments by either one of them is an experience you shouldn't miss. Best chiropractors EVER!

  I went to Dr. Kim Fletcher due to my chronic back pain. Not only did she take the time to fully assess my pain and discomfort, but she also educated me on ways I could care for myself better. Dr. Fletcher is passionate about the well being of each of her patients. She understand the importance of taking the time to educate her patients on their symptoms and the purpose of chiropractic treatments. She is always compassionate and very accommodating with scheduling. More importantly she has helped relieve my pain and discomfort. I would proudly recommend her services to anyone searching for a chiropractor.
