This location has gone so down hill lately and I find it disgusting that the owner, Katie, and manager Izzy would encourage sick members to come in even on short notice cancellations rather than be considerate of other guests.
Zoe (front desk) is extremely rude, she talks in a condescending and pretentious tone. We come here to feel welcomed and relax and she is just not any of that. If you’re having a bad day, leave it at the door. It’s incredibly off putting and unwelcoming. She also does not call back when she says she would. Told she didn’t care about my feedback regarding sick members coming in so they didn’t lose out on their class.
This team does not understand she is in a client facing role that is hospitality drive - if you “dont want to hear what I have to say or how I feel” and you wan me to “save it for the manager” as promised, I’m going to leave it in a review.
Most importantly, this is a studio (and owner) that would rather have members come in sick with a fever than reward positive and considerate behavior. What an emotionally unsettling and disturbing experience. Not my preferred location.
There are other pilates studios that are far more elevated in the North Shore - Superior Pilates and Body by Reformer are amazing and kind, way better teachers and work out!!!!!

I think it’s an interesting workout that helps with stretching, mobility, and strengthening muscles that are difficult to reach via other means. This is my first Pilates class I’ve taken. My prior Pilates experience was on my own on the floor via recorded sessions.
So while I’m enjoying the workout, there is something missing for me in the tone and energy of the club. Perhaps I am used to small studios for fitness or dance in the city which were always buzzing with energy and enthusiasm. The trainers, while reasonably approachable, aren’t necessarily very friendly or interested in the attendees as individuals. I miss that. The front desk is usually friendly though.

Another great instructor is Erica G. Her instruction is easy to follow verbally and she also demonstrates the movements well. Her routines make sense and flow from one task to the next. I always feel like I get the perfect workout. I love her classes!
