I used CLASSPASS and did the 2 hour restorative yoga that focused on hips and lower back. This was one of my favorite yoga classes so far. It was very well paced and nourishing. Our instructor Katherine was amazing! I brought my cousin along and introduced her to yoga (her first class) and she loved it as well! There was a rain storm and it just added to the calming ambiance and the candle-lit room. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to try yoga.

This rating is not a reflection of the instructors, as they are all PHENOMENAL. However, for about a month now if not longer the Sculpt & Strength classes have been moved from Studio 1 to Studio 2 because of a “humidifier” issue. We were told this was temporary to accommodate the C2 and HPF classes. I understand that things go wrong and adjustments have to be made. What does not make sense is having fully packed Sculpt & Strength classes 45–50 people or more (mind you most of these classes are waitlisted) crammed into Studio 2 with weights and cardio movements that require moving and jumping around your mat. I’ve been in several classes now where fellow yogis are getting frustrated with each other because they are so close together or unable to properly set up their mats. You cannot see the instructors demonstrating when they are on the side walls working your left and right sides. There is no room between mats, and if you need to step out for water, you are literally stepping on people’s mats and trying your hardest not to trip over their weights or slip on sweat, as the door is not centrally located like in Studio 1. This is a serious liability. Meanwhile, the C2 and HPF classes with maybe 10 people (and I’m being generous with that number) are spread out comfortably in Studio 1. In fact, I accidentally walked into Studio 1 last week, and there were two students and one instructor in the class. Please make that make sense. I’ve asked several times about this issue and voiced my concerns, but I’ve been disregarded. Several instructors have said they are lowering their class sizes because of complaints about Studio 2. Lowering class sizes for already waitlisted classes is not the solution. The most upsetting part is that I recently overheard two instructors discussing the Studio 2 issue, and one said, “Oh yeah, no this has now become political, and someone is proving a point. Studio 2 is your permanent studio now.” This is unacceptable. Proving a point at the member’s expense? This membership is not cheap, and having to deal with crammed classes because someone is taking a stance is unreasonable. When running a business, it is important to provide the same level of service and experience for all members not just certain ones. I really hope this issue is resolved ASAP

I go to college in another state, but when I come home for holiday breaks, I am always so excited because Corepower La Grange is by far my favorite studio. It is the best because of the awesome instructors. I recommend taking classes with Maggie C, Bella S, Katie L, and Jacqueline M.
