- CGConnie G4 days ago5.0I’m completely new to Pilates and was very nervous about my intro class. Turns out, there was nothing to worry about. The staff members at Club Pilates in La Grange are very kind and informative. They’re patient and will gently correct any issues you may have with your form during your class. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend this location.
- MKMichelle KathrynApr 3, 20265.0It’s my first time doing Pilates and it was awesome! The instructor Ritu was so patient and kind and it was easy to follow along as a beginner. You can feel your muscles especially your core and glutes firing if you do it correctly. I signed up for more classes. With my different work schedules every week, I will be attending classes with different instructors though but all the staff are super welcoming. I have heard good compliments about all the Pilates instructors here. This is a good way to destress as well. I hope to attend another class of Ritu’s if my schedule permits. 😊

The staff were very warm and inviting and the entire studio and lobby was very clean. The intro class is a great option if you don’t have any experience. The instructor takes it slow and explains clearly. Highly recommend!

They are encouraging and give great feedback. I've had knee and hip problems and pilates is something I've been able to stick with and already seen great results from.
