- MGMaribel GonzalezOct 28, 20251.0TERRIBLE service do not go here we had a 12:45 appointment That they confirmed the day before. the day of The appointment we were called to see if we can go at 12 since they had a cancellation. Husband was there on time at 12. However at 12:30 Surgeon was not there yet And was told that he was not coming until 12:45 . Husband mentioned he was not getting a good vibe. They were rude. They kept changing their story that the doctor was coming and then the other receptionist said that he wasn’t coming until 12:45 husband walked out. When I called to speak with the surgeon once he arrive, theFront receptionist was very rude and racist, saying my husband can go somewhere else. then you wonder why they had many openings and cancelations for surgical procedures. STAY AWAY

- PCPris CoppleMay 10, 20215.0From the minute I got there, the office staff was courteous and friendly. I only waited 5 min after I filled out my paperwork. I was put at ease by Jeannie who talked to me about my extraction. In a very few moments I was given novocaine, which was not at all painful. When Dr. Scheive came into pull the tooth, it was so quick, I didn't even realize he was done. The insurance network I was in covered a good part of the bill, and I payed the rest right then. The kind staff called me the next day to be sure I was fine. All in all it went really well. A few of the reviews I had read were inconsistent with my experience.
