My 90-minute appointment flew by. Payton clearly explained the new systems and exam process. Dr. Miklos was kind, attentive to my recent medical changes, and offered helpful recommendations to improve my quality of life. April was friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance requirements and LensCrafters’ offerings, providing an educational, respectful, and customer-focused experience.
