Let's face it, making the move to hearing aids is an emotional rollercoaster. From the minute you begin the appointment process, Cindy is an absolute joy, she listens carefully, and moves heaven and earth to get what you need, and then is the smiling face when you walk in the door. Once you get into the "room" Wendy takes over. She's brilliant and personable. She is a 'been there, done that' girl. She has incredible experience and expertise, in addition to a personality that immediately puts you at ease because she really KNOWS what she's talking about. She spends the time it takes in order to make you feel completely at ease and confident in the process and your final result.
