  This office is truly outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The office design is beautiful and calming, which really adds to the overall experience. Dr. Hamel has made such a difference in my pain, and everything is explained clearly so I always know what’s happening. I’m so glad I found this place, highly recommend!

  1° performance is an absolute amazing add-on to the city of Jacksonville. This is a great place to go and get a great treatment for mind, body, and health. There are so many revitalizing options here that can really help you with longevity and your performance output. Not just physically but mentally, allowing you to be better and feel better.

  “I completed a 30 minute infrared session with light therapy followed by a full 3 minute beginner cold plunge in 48 degree water. The benefits of both were fantastic. As a first timer, I’m confident this will be my new self care routine. The convenient centralized downtown Jacksonville location combined with the length of the time needed to complete a session will allow me to add this to my routine at least a few times a week. “ Rebekah T. The atmosphere and sophisticated design of the facility provides a warm welcome and calming visit. The staff is super friendly and very informative- it was easy to schedule the appointment and I was promptly greeted upon my arrival. The infrared sauna provided a very pleasant experience- the color guide helped me better understand which lights will benefit me the most and I was able to change them throughout the session. I showered before my visit but the amount of stickiness on my skin through the infrared session assured me the therapy was working, and it felt so rejuvenating. Upon completion of the 30 minute infrared sauna session, Dr. Justin Hamel met with me in the cold plunge room to prepare me for the experience. Explaining how our body naturally responds to the rapid change to exposure of the cold water, he prepared me for what I was about to endure. With his guidance on how to complete my first cold plunge ever, he successfully coached me through completing a full 3 minutes in 48 degree water! I’m looking forward to my next visit and very excited on exploring the other therapeutic services available.
