  My experience is less than great! Office Staff and doctor were nice at first. Loved visiting the office. The hygienist is a gem! It all turned much different when someone I love had a tooth removed and a bone graft ( who knows if this part was really necessary). With knowledge on dental billing I started to question charges being billed. $920 billed for an extraction, bone graft, a perio procedure, and nitrous. Insurance mentioned that perio service billed was not part of extraction, so not covered. Our cost was over $700 for this! We were fine with the bone graft cost, extraction and nitrous- but extra costs were added. We have excellent insurance and even after an implant at an oral surgeon and a crown at a general dentist we paid less than this! After multiple attempts of being on hold and not getting calls returned and monthly charges being added to my bill- We paid it and never returned. To this day I get upset thinking about how I felt taken advantage of because my loved one was hurting.

  Had my first checkup today and was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. My hygienist Tiffany done an amazing job. Doctor was very thorough and was a kind gentleman. So happy to be a new patient.
