  Homestead has been such a huge blessing to our family! My mother-in-law and sister-in-law are both somewhat handicapped physically… we live in Arizona. They are in Chicago so it was just hard for us to care for them… The service with Homestead was a huge, huge blessing. The staff is incredible every single member that we met. The girls were all so lovely and acquiesced to whatever your particular needs might be on a given day… We’ve been using them for the last year… Consistently 2 to 4 times a week… Highly recommend home instead!

  I'm so happy to be with home instead. I've been with them for almost a year now, and the experience has been wonderful, my Caregiver, Dulce Padilla, cooks, cleans, and most importantly, keeps me company with great conversations. I truly don't know what I would do without her. She is amazing, and her cooking is excellent. She also goes with me to appointments and grocery shopping, which makes everything so much easier. I also want to recognize Randy Menzie, one of the managers at home instead.He is a great person. He checks in regularly, takes the time to talk and laugh with us, and it's always there to help and answer any questions we have. Overall, I'm very glad we made the switch to instead the we had made a big difference in my life.

  TO: Home Instead January 20, 2026 Dear Anna, I hope this letter finds you well. I want to thank you for Barbara Zajac. She has been a godsend for Steve and I from the time she gets here in the morning until she leaves. Barbara stays very busy with work and humor doing a multitude of things from helping me out of bed, making my breakfast and doing exercises. Barbara is also a great friend to my handicapped son, we lost Steves Mom three years ago and Barbara has been able to provide comfort and a sense of security to him. Steve also looks forward to the weekly library trips. Barbara energetically always shows up with a smile on her face and a positive attitude that just gets me going in the morning and she has a great sense of humor! I hope you reward her and appreciate her. In addition, my daughter would like to add the following: We began this journey a little over a year ago and it was the best decision we made as a family. We were in unchartered territory after my mom passed away, which was further complicated by my father’s mobility issues, we knew we needed help. It didn't take long for my father and brother to bond with Barbara, she is caring and very thoughtful. I have a great deal of comfort knowing Barb is there looking after them. Now, looking back, I don’t know how we made it without her! We felt the need to express our appreciation and gratitude to someone who deserves to be acknowledged!
