- JAJulie AndJan 2, 20261.0I read the reviews about the pool area and realize the issues have been happening for years without being addressed. In fact, they have gotten worse in the past year. Does the swim team have to practice at prime time? Combine that with swim lesson leaving nothing available. The pool manager is useless. I would have to say many members are rude about lane sharing, especially those doing stationary pool exercises. I certainly wish there were more options with pool closer to home.
- ARAbby RDec 7, 20251.0Finnished a tennis class at 7. I went to the restroom and my friend got yelled at by a employee for him still being there at 7:04. My friend told the man that he was waiting on me as I was in the restroom. The man then proceeded to be VERY unprofessional and bark back and yell at him to hurry up and leave. He also yelled at the tennis coach for being there 5 minutes after the building was closed. This man waited outside the main tennis area giving a extremely rude look at my friend while he waited for me. As we were leaving he gave us both a nasty look and looked very aggravated for it only being 7:08. Don't know the name of this man but overall extremely unprofessional and is not how he should to talk to someone who pays lots of money to just be there once a week. Very disappointed.

Talked with my pcp, she gave me a referral for specific programs, went there impromptu and spoke with Denise. Nice lady, kept my referral and scheduled me for last Thurs - unfortunately I was ill and left message. Left more messages to reschedule with Denise/Hannah Friday and Monday. Crickets. Would be a nice place for exercise/fitness - just can't get a call back.
