- GPGretchen PembrookJan 18, 20261.0Had my engagement ring stolen out of a locked locker at this location. Staff were rude, mentioned that cameras are for “show” and don’t actually record anything. The police investigating mentioned that this has happened before at this location and theft is a serious issue. Only came to this gym because the far superior (more clean, more professional and better staff) Crystal Lake location closed. Canceled my membership after and was given a hard time for that as well. Don’t recommend to anyone looking for a versatile gym experience. Money is better spent elsewhere.
