Talked with my pcp, she gave me a referral for specific programs, went there impromptu and spoke with Denise. Nice lady, kept my referral and scheduled me for last Thurs - unfortunately I was ill and left message. Left more messages to reschedule with Denise/Hannah Friday and Monday. Crickets. Would be a nice place for exercise/fitness - just can't get a call back.

- AAA AAug 8, 20252.0They have TONS of large towels upstairs and are always low or out of the small towels. Maybe they should rethink what makes more sense UPSTAIRS. This is just a minuscule issue that bothers me. They close the pool at 6 IN THE SUMMER-this is crazy to me! Cater to your members! If not family swim - it should be left open for adult swim. The pool hours are ridiculous. The gym area upstairs is commonly HOT. AND the 2 bathrooms upstairs are disgusting. It’s BS that people pee so much on the floors and the staff has to clean it - which is why they hardly get cleaned. And while I do enjoy seeing teens spending time at a gym rather than getting into trouble- this place is PACKED with high schoolers way too often. This facility is simply not managed well. Whoever’s running this place banks on the fact that this is located in a middle upper class location and people can afford it. They favor their employees over the guests and for the single membership price of $83 a month (AND THEY ARE RAISING THE PRICES)- it’s starting to not be worth it anymore. If it weren’t for location- I’d choose Lifetime 100%. The staff is really nice. I hope they truly are getting a little raise since our memberships are going up!
