African American lady w/ dread locks. Just rude & had an attitude. This isn’t my first encounter w/ her, so either she was having a bad day every time I went up there…or she just always had this attitude issue. Ned to work on that lady.

Alisha was so busy telling me about the policy that she failed to hear the issue. I was treated like I was looking for a handout when all I wanted was to make sure my prescription was correct. Not coming back.
