We've been a customer of Mariano's pharmacy for 10 years and this store's specifically for 4 years ago when we moved to South Elgin and wanted to take the extra drive because of the service. We've experienced several problems over the last 2 months, prescriptions not filled with no notification, prescriptions taking days longer than normal no late notification. 'We used to be able to get the option for next day refills online, now if it's within the next 5 days we're lucky. Most recently we went the day it should have been ready and they hadn't even started filling them yet. Add that, whenever we go in now there are different people. We used to always see 1 of 2 pharmacists who were amazing, went out of their way to help us.
