- GMGreta MccambrigeAug 12, 20251.0I recently came into The Jewel to ask a couple of questions about transferring my prescription from Walmart to their pharmacy. I’m not sure what the technician’s name was, but she had black hair. Honestly, she was way too busy chatting and laughing with her Indian male coworker to even acknowledge customers. The store wasn’t busy at all, yet they both completely ignored me and others waiting for help. After standing there forever with zero attention, the pharmacist finally had to step in and assist me because they clearly couldn’t be bothered to do their job. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If they can’t focus on customers, maybe they shouldn’t be working there. I definitely won’t be coming back.
