  I had a really disappointing experience with Crystal. From the moment I approached, she seemed bothered that I was there. There was no one else in the area at the time, so I’m not sure if my arrival interrupted something or if she was just having a bad day, but the interaction felt very unwelcoming and filled with attitude. I told her I was looking for some frames and lenses because I already my prescription. All she said was, okay. No guidance on where to start or where to look. Luckily I already looked online and knew what pair I wanted. At this point I almost walked out because it just felt like I was inconveniencing her...at her job. As someone who has worked in customer service myself — and with family members who also work in customer-facing roles — I make a conscious effort to be kind and respectful to employees. I was polite and simply looking for assistance, but the way I was treated made the situation uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the service was so off-putting that I decided to leave and call LensCrafters instead. The difference in tone and helpfulness over the phone was immediate and refreshing. It was disappointing because good customer service makes such a difference, and this experience really missed the mark.

  Dr. Patel tried to scam me. I came in for an eye exam covered under my insurance. She tried to tell me my copay is $39 then she started asking who do I have med insurance through. That was a huge red flag for me. I was confused because I shouldn’t have had a copay. I asked the young girl working in front about that charge she said it’s for a retina scan that I didn’t consent or ask for. I told her I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t request and she removed it with an attitude . Avoid Ms. Patel !!!

  Comora was so polite and helpful today. She quickly adjusted my glasses for me after I foolishly fell asleep on them. I was so worried as I'm attached to the style and unfortunately it has been retired so i couldnt buy another pair if they broke... but thanks to her help, they're good as new again. Thank you so much ♥️

  Comora did such an amazing job with me she helped me be able to be afford my glasses for school. She doesn’t know the gratitude I feel towards I’m so grateful she has helped me feel more comfortable about going back to school (go jsu tigers ) with my glasses , I can get all my notes down , make great grades , and just navigate through the day. She was such a joy great conversationalist , makes you feel like you are home, and this was a wonderful experience because she made my day , she just doesn’t know how this has helped me.
