This happened multiple times with different people. Unprofessional, condescending tone of voice. One person told you the prescriptions would be ready in half an hour. Another person said they wouldn't do it until next week. This was after my doctor told me I can pick up the prescriptions right away. This shows lack of leadership, customer service, and communication amongst the staff.

The worker didn’t even offer me an apology. It’s sad how certain people of color are targeted in predominantly white areas. Guess my tax bracket doesn’t mean much to a jewel osco employee. I most definitely included a photo of this sad excuse for an employee.
