The evening pharmacist said that her doctor has to call back and speak to him. This morning my Mother's doctor said she spoke to him and so I called this morning to get the prescription. The female pharmacist there was extremely rude. She insisted that my Mother's doctor has to call HER today notwithstanding that the doctor called the pharmacist last night!!Instead of being helpful after 3.5 years of COVID, this pharmacy is obstruction - truly unbelievable. And very rude - when I kept asking for help , she literally hung up one me! I'm still flabbergasted that this is the behavior of a pharmacy that is supposed to help. I have never had any experience like this . . .
