I nvr have probs with staff they’re usually nice but this older lady with dark brown shoulder length hair in particular was really rude and unprofessional. I asked to borrow the ankle straps for the cable machine in which I always grab with no problems and she literally tosses them to me. When I told her there was one attached I didn’t need she snatched it out my hands. Someone needs to have a conversation with her about her roles and routines and how to treat others especially customers. To make matters worse when I was leaving she’s just standing their stuffing her face with food.. unacceptable.. do better planet fitness or I’m going to a different location
