  I be so nervous and scared everytime I go see them ! I use to go to Crystal Lshe but one if there male staffs was saying cruel things to me so I started to go to Gurnee plus it was closer ! They was not clean nor to nice ! They are not genuine enough for me, eyes are delicate and to be already losing your vision you need ppl that understand your eye disease which I thought she was in that field but years later I realize she doesn’t even work in that field so when she telling me it’s no help I feel like how does she really no !I may be wrong but I just don’t feel wanted here, if you dokt live this dark world you won’t understand ! Just if you not gone be considerate to things ppl face get out the field ! We aren’t just a pay check ! I shouldn’t feel scared or like will this be my last time seeing after this visit with all these lights and drops ! You write them , you got go thru so much for a response ! I wanted a dr in there office that specializes in in the field !

  I was so nervous when I arrived but the staff were so supportive and helpful and made me feel so much better. Dr Che was amazing and explained everything to me before my procedure and made sure I understood everything! I recommend this practice to everyone! They are all so wonderful!

  Even though the techs were very nice & accommodating, I won't come back. Especially the guy with the bow tie. He was funny & I could talk to him; he made me feel better. Dr. Chee made me feel very uncomfortable.

  Ive been a patient of Dr Micheals for over 10 years.All of his staff are amazing.I hate having my eyes touched and drops used to be a struggle.Now I can get the drops,pressure check and even my eyes held open without anxiety.This is due primarily to his gentle understanding techs and his great patience with my issues..
