- NAnoemi allanMar 8, 20263.0Everything were ok until I found out when one of the screws of my eyeglasses got loose, went to the store and let them fix it, and then asked about my protection plan that I thought that she put it in, and found out she forgot to put in my protection plan. I was very upset coz the store manager said they can’t put it anymore, so my question was what will you do if something happened to my eyeglasses? And this not my fault this is the negligence of the person who processes my eyeglasses.

It’s been about a year and a half and all I need to do is replace my lenses but they required to get a new prescription. Don’t fall for it

Dr Berkovich was great, suggested I should get my eyes checked every year; I neglected mine for too long. Great experience, less than two week turnaround. Can't wait to try my sweet sunglasses tomorrow! My new reading glasses are amazing... I can throw away my readers!
