I was disrespected, ignored and waited forever when I wanted it to get the proper prescription for my glasses as that is what is most important when I drive or do anything… After asking for a refund that I would go somewhere else I was told to come back in a couple days. The manager isn’t here. After calling corporate, I was told to email Them regarding any concerns. I am out almost $1800 as of now, With an impaired eyesight because Pearle Vision is all about selling, but not taking responsibility when they make a mistake.
