  Before Sound Mind, I often felt disconnected and dissociated. Today, I feel happy, grounded, and able to fully function in my life. I truly know I wouldn’t be where I am without Theresa Cheriachangel and Erica Leibrandt. The process was not always easy, but it was always meaningful. I was supported with compassion and honesty, and I was challenged when I needed it most. The growth I’ve experienced has changed the way I show up in my life, in my relationships, and for myself. Because of the work we did together, I’m now in a place where therapy is “as needed.” It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for the care, guidance, and unwavering belief they showed me throughout this journey. I will always be thankful. ❤️

  My experience with this clinic was disappointing. While some individual therapists may be competent, I had concerns about how certain matters were handled at the organizational level. Communication and administrative processes did not meet the standard I expected. I would encourage others to carefully evaluate whether the clinic’s structure and policies align with their needs.
