  🤗 From the moment I walked into the STREACH Lab in Glenview, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and calming, and the energy of the staff made me feel completely at ease. Every single person I encountered was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive, which made the entire experience feel personal and tailored to my needs. The staff went above and beyond to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What stood out most to me was the level of care they showed — it wasn’t just about providing a service, it was about making sure I left feeling better than when I arrived. Their knowledge and expertise were clear, but it was the compassion and encouragement they added that truly made the difference. The session itself was incredible.   I had the best experience of stretch Lab! This experience was not for me, but for my father-in-law who’s had multiple surgeries, achy bones, tough joints, and overall needs this more than anyone, but the service was amazing. He had come home feeling better than ever, and I saw him playing with our grandkids, so special shout out to Dutch For making him feeling better than he ever has with just an hour appointment. I also wanna point out to Claire who was talking to us on the phone and updated us after his appointment and how it went which was great initiative she took. We have now purchased 5 sessions and will see how we move on forward.

  The manager who works the front is perhaps the rudest person you will ever meet. I was the most loyal and best customer but she treats people like garbage. I witnessed her giving it to another customer too. She must be very unhappy
