    Instructor was super rude about explaining the reformer machine to a beginner, class rebooking was super difficult, management is disorganized and sassy? They have you purchase specific socks for the class that cost 20 dollars without notifying you ahead of time. Would not recommend

    I absolutely love this studio! I’ve been coming for a year and all of the instructors are great- especially Ali and Cynthia. Ali helps you make the mind body connection by explaining where you should be feeling each exercise which has helped my practice immensely. Also shoutout to Pattiey- I love her playlists. This is the largest of any Pilates studio I’ve been to and I appreciate having the extra room and not feeling cramped. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the scheduling system. This is the only Club Pilates studio I’ve been to where you can check in online ahead of time for class and it’s been causing issues. People will check in online but not show up for class and then there are empty reformers that people on the wait list could’ve used. They need to turn off that feature and I know multiple people have brought it up to them already.

    This is my happy place. I could go to class every day if I had the time. The Northbrook location has so many awesome instructors- Ali, Katie, Arden, Emily, Pattiey, really all of them! Highly recommend this location!

    Ali and Steven are both amazing. Ali’s classes are always different and challenging and Steven has tons knowledge o about pilates and anatomy I always learn something new each class!
