  Body20 is a workout like I’ve never had before. As someone who has been working with a personal trainer for almost 6 years now, I can say the workout I had at Body20 is just way better. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. I’m very impressed and glad I gave this place a try.

  Body20 Glenview is a great place! From the moment you enter the space, you’re greeted by the friendly and encouraging manager Andy. Then you go back and are met by your trainer - Angela who is not only there to support me and guide my workouts but has since become a friend. Tshe suits you up in the EMS suit, which enhances your workouts, and is efficient just taking 20 minutes. You feel a sense of accomplishment, “wow that’s it” and relief when the 20 mins is up because being challenged and supported is perfectly balanced!

  Its been a month and im really encouraged from my workouts at Body20 in Glenview. Andy and his team are very welcoming and run a tight ship. Darnell and Jordyn put me through challenging workouts and modify when necessary to accommodate my injured knee. The gym is high tech and clean. I look forward to my 20 minute sessions, which is am awesome feeling. After each workout Ive felt as though I just worked out for 90 minutes and get a nice rush of energy within an hour or so. Can't wait for more.

  Been working out at Body20 since they opened in December. I love that I can get my workout in during my lunch hour. It is short, hard, and gets the job done quick when it comes to muscle strength training. Now that I am intermediate level I feel more sore each week like I had a good workout, which is great.

  I started Body20 almost 2 months ago and within a few sessions saw (measurable key metrics) and felt significant improvement in strength as well as my overall physicality. I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Darnell, and recently Jordan, and have enjoyed the unique individual strengths they each bring to my training session. I am new to EMS, but am feeling the benefits daily. The studio is clean, modern and minimal in design. It's amazing what you can accomplish with the right method, the right trainers and all within 20 minutes.
