Prices don’t always match what’s on their shelves even if the names of products are exactly the same but if you go back to show them, they will work and fix it faster than the other Jewel on Army Trail and County Farm.
- MPMichelle PowersFeb 7, 20261.0Really unpleasant experiences on multiple occasions coming to this pharmacy. They don't greet well. All the techs are very serious and seem like they don't like their job. The other day one person was ahead of me but it became an extremely long wait. The tech didn't at least say, "sorry for the wait, we will be a little while, thank for waiting," or something. Once I came up, she didn't make eye contact with me asked for my name, dob rudely, grabbed my prescription and that was that. I only chose to come to this pharmacy because it's close to my home and because my insurance caused me to move from my previous pharmacy. I really liked it there (my other pharmacy) a lot, but my insurance required a change so I gave jewel a try. Also they don't do well to keep up with my prescriptions. The texts reminders aren't good, and I stopped receiving upcoming refill reminders etc. My previous pharmacy always sent refill updates, reminders, and notified me if I wanted my doctor notified for refills needed. I never got those texts switching to osco pharmacy. I have decided to switch pharmacies because of the uncomfortable atmosphere I experience each time I visit this location. This wasn't the first situation. I just felt this last situation was the icing on the cake. I think situations like these compel me to express my feelings and have a need to warn others. And perhaps I'm not the only one who feels this way about them.
