    I have been doing the Perfect Workout at the Glen Ellyn studio for several years and have been so happy with the results! I don't normally enjoy lifting weights so I really need to have a set time and trainer to keep me on track. The Perfect Workout is a quick but challenging workout and has really helped me gain strength without injury. Greg is a wonderful trainer, very motivating, kind and vigilant about good form and safety. Highly recommend!
