I started here post-partum when looking for an approachable way to exercise and regain core awareness/strength post-baby. The teachers and admin staff here are all welcoming, instructive, and personable. The studio feels like a small community and the regulars clearly know and are invested in each others day-to-day lives which makes the atmosphere reassuring and friendly! Special shout-out to the manger Ally, who makes a clear and impactful effort to make the studio a well-oiled machine; and instructors Kristin, Ty, and Gabrielle for their methodical and detailed instruction. The unlimited package is a great deal if you can go 3 times a week.
