  Really pleased there's a store in the Commons. The service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was more than helpful when choosing frames. I saw the doctor as well to check on my prescription, and it was quick and easy. The eye exam (without insurance) was a little bit more expensive than my normal eye doctor, but that was the only downside. I've been getting glasses from Warby Parker for years, and this is easily the best experience I've had at any of them.

  this is a great, modern way to buy eye glasses and everything about the process, including the sales staff, was excellent. WP is very highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase eyeware.

  Glad to have one closer by where I live. Ultimately decided to get my eye stuff at Warby Parker because they had a lot of options to choose from as far as frames for prescription eye glasses. Today, I went in for the first time, the store was clean. The people working there were attentive and helpful. I knew what I wanted but after trying on, didn’t work out. The individual that was helping me then helped me find some different glasses and it ended up working out real well. I got the Wilkie greystone.

  My glasses broke today and so I tried to call the locations nearby to see if they can fix them or replace them today. Unfortunately I was only able to talk to central customer service and he said there was no way to find out if the store had what we needed, we couldn’t be connected to the store, and he couldn’t contact the store either. He said we had to go to the store, which was not really an option because the closest location is an hour and a half away. Very frustrating, ended up going somewhere local.
