Sometimes a guided class really helps you focus on your fitness and suppelments whatever else you are doing. I am also a sucker for their cute bracelets and socks.

This was the first place where truly during a workout the trainer is walking around making sure everyone has good form during workout. They are also very knowledgeable and will help you out with modified form if needed due to a surgery or a prior injury. I am so glad I was able to finally find this as my daily workout!
