  I recently moved to the area and decided to do something completely out of character for me and attend my very first yoga class. Of course I had to pick hot yoga because, why not? I have to say for me, proper instruction is key and this class had it in spades. My instructor Oksana made it feel effortless and this was incredibly helpful for a new yogi like myself. Extra points for her playlist (I’m guessing this is often not as intentionally thought out but Oksana was also an internationally recognized DJ in the Paris club scene back in the day…I’m assuming). While hot yoga sounded a bit intense, I found it incredibly enjoyable, and did not know I had that much sweat in me. A first of what I hope is many sessions. The space is well thought out and clean and the staff is super helpful as well.

  Staff is amazing. Always makes me feel welcome. During sessions they make sure to let you know stop if needed along with only going to the extent your body is willing to go to. Overall great Expierance and so many different class options!

  I had an amazing experience at yoga six hot yoga. The space was super clean and organized. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The instructor was also amazing. Can definitely say I’ll be coming back! 🙂

  A great yoga class I feel starts with your welcoming into the studio which Yoga 6 does a great job of. The instructors somehow calm you while giving you a great workout. The hard to duplicate part is the energy of each class which is always filled.

  went for the first time last week and Leigh was so welcoming (even at 530AM)! i love the way she leads her classes, always leave feeling better than when i got there. her classes have become one of my favorite parts of my day!
