  Glad to have one closer by where I live. Ultimately decided to get my eye stuff at Warby Parker because they had a lot of options to choose from as far as frames for prescription eye glasses. Today, I went in for the first time, the store was clean. The people working there were attentive and helpful. I knew what I wanted but after trying on, didn’t work out. The individual that was helping me then helped me find some different glasses and it ended up working out real well. I got the Wilkie greystone.

  Great place to shop for glasses and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed. I highly recommend that you shop here for your eyeglass needs.

  The customer service was impeccable. Ms. Quiana was very knowledgeable about the products and information given. The environment was extremely customer friendly. I will be returning for future services. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

  Cole was so sweet and kind!! He helped me find the perfect glasses and made the process seamless. Highly recommend working with him if you need help finding a pair! He deserves a raise!!

  My glasses broke today and so I tried to call the locations nearby to see if they can fix them or replace them today. Unfortunately I was only able to talk to central customer service and he said there was no way to find out if the store had what we needed, we couldn’t be connected to the store, and he couldn’t contact the store either. He said we had to go to the store, which was not really an option because the closest location is an hour and a half away. Very frustrating, ended up going somewhere local.
