Couple areas for improvement. 1. Cardio equipment is never clean. Hairs, sweat, they need the workers to help clean and not just stand behind their desk. They just rely on the users to clean the equipment when they are done. 2. Half the cardio equipment is not plugged in. It’s useless and makes no sense. Either fix it, or plug it in. 3. Pin selection equipment is small and limited. Many older folks sit in them for a long time, I’d suggest getting more of the most used machines, especially leg press. 4. Matrix equipment instead of techno gym like many gyms, just cheaper equipment which as I said half is never working or plugged in. 5. Employees are nice, indoor track is nice to have. 6. It’s a hefty fee, make the place nicer.

A multifaceted wellness center offers a wide range of amenities to help you embark on a journey towards better health. From guest services and a cozy cafe to hydration stations, a boutique, personal trainers, coaches, massage therapy, a thermal pool, a lap pool, an endless pool, a basketball court, fitness studios, and various classes, including land and aquatic activities, machines, locker rooms with amenities, family changing rooms, a sauna, steam room, and a whirlpool, there’s something for everyone. Additionally, NW Medicine staff provides physical therapy services (referral required). For an even more impactful start, consider MyFIT program, which requires a medical referral.

Great facility. Extremely clean, quiet, and not too busy. Machines are always in good condition. Hot tub and pool are great. Having towels provided is a huge plus as well. The main downsides are: - No child care anymore. - Hours are too short. Not sure why Friday closes an hour early and 6pm closing on weekends is way too early. - The 2 person membership should be the main user + one guest of their choice. Instead it has to be assigned and only that person can come with you. - Price is a tad bit high with these cons. If these weren't issues, I feel like it would be worth the premium.

No respect for the customer. You have no rights. Employees can talk to you and treat you any way they choose with no accountability.
