He is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss and the advantages of hearing aids. For me, this was an extremely important decision and investment that I struggled to make. I cant not say enough positive feedback about my experience at Miracle Ear! Amanda at the front desk is so helpful and professional. I wish I could give them both more than 5 stars. He did know who took my insurance tho and that at least was correct. My insurance forwarded my call to set up an appointment. I have some trust issues. So take however.
