Called weeks ago and was told a nurse would call me back because I had questions about an issue I've been having. Still haven't heard back. Been very disappointed in them recently.

Michelle did an outstanding job explaining the procedure and the follow up in detail. Dr. Hayes performed the surgery without any discomfort and quickly.

- DGDawnelle GlassMay 3, 20181.0I've taken my kids in for skin issues twice and both times they used scare tactics and casually threw around the word "cancer" to pressure me into letting them unnecessarily cut into my son and have multiple unnecessary appointments for things that really were minor. We saw someone else in Peoria for a second opinion because soderstrom promised they'd take care of the problem at the same time as the biopsy and intentionally didn't so that they could turn what could have been 1 appointment into 3-4 and caused a lot of unnecessary stress for a young child and his family just to take in a little extra $.
