- JDJeff DJan 12, 20261.0Their billing department is garbage. My wife had a procedure done last year. I set up a payment schedule at the time. Then they stopped sending bills 2 months ago. When I asked for them to continue sending payment bills to our house, like they had been doing since the summer they said they could not because I was not authorized. However if I wanted to pay them over the phone they would do that

Never had anywhere that book themselves so much that they don't leave openings for sick people to be seen. Definitely switching clinics. Heard highland view drive gets you in and wait time is way better.
