StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Frankfort offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    I have been seeing Ben for my stretches for over 2 years. He has brought me a long way. He is extremely knowledgeable about so many health problems. Consistency is extremely important! I was on vacation for 2 weeks and was so glad to be back.

    I have been working with Mo now for almost one month, he is very attentive and insightful to my body and I'm feeling quite a difference. I recommend StretchLab, especially if you have ANY aches or pains you haven't been able to work out yourself.

    I was totally blessed with the opportunity to experience what the stretch lab was about. I'd definitely say this is a life changing and life saving wellness activity. I had the honor of working with Flexologist Driesen at the West Loop location, who was very informative and knowledgeable. He customized my stretch based off of a body scan, my needs and concerns. It was so effective. My range of motion and ease of movement had definitely improved. I felt like I had a whole new body by the time I left.

    This is a place that truly cares. My experience has been nothing short of great. Flexologists take great care of their memebers using a continued care system which is nice because I never feel like I'm starting over. This studio radiates good vibes.
